Fonts used: Fonts are embedded / outlined. If any font is missing on your system, a font-links.txt file is included in the ZIP.

How to Edit

  1. Download and unzip the folder. You will find three sub-folders: /PSD, /CDR, /Word.
  2. Open the file for the colour you want (green, red, or blue) in the relevant software.
  3. Replace the placeholder school name, logo, address, and session year with your school’s details.
  4. For individual student cards: update the photo, student name, and the remaining fields.
  5. Save and export as PDF or JPG, then send to your local printer or print shop.

Tip: CorelDraw and Photoshop versions are best for bulk printing (CMYK, 300 DPI). Use the Word version if you only need a quick few cards and don’t have design software.

Can I change the colour of the design?
Yes — in the PSD and CDR versions, each colour element is on a separate layer or object, so you can recolour freely. In the Word version, colour changes are limited to what Word supports.
Do I need to pay extra to use this for multiple students in the same school?
No. One purchase covers all students in your school for the current session. You are buying the template, not a per-card licence.
Will the print quality be good?
PSD and CDR files are at 300 DPI in CMYK — standard for professional printing. Hand the file directly to your print shop.
Can I add my school's own logo?
Yes. There is a clearly marked logo placeholder on every design. In PSD/CDR, simply place your logo file in that layer/object. In Word, insert your logo image into the placeholder box.
