This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all products and services offered by KDarsh Digital Solution, an individual digital business operating from Assam, India. By purchasing any product or service from kdarsh.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

KDarsh Digital Solution primarily provides digital products and digital services. These may include, but are not limited to, downloadable source codes, website files, digital templates, printable design files, software products, website development services, setup and installation services, customization work, and annual maintenance or support services. All such products are delivered electronically and are intangible in nature.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned and may be permanently stored, copied, or downloaded once delivered, all sales made through our website are considered final. Once a payment has been successfully processed and access to the digital product has been granted, or the product has been delivered via download link, email, or account access, the transaction cannot be reversed. We do not offer returns or refunds for digital downloads under normal circumstances. This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our digital assets and prevent misuse, duplication, or unauthorized distribution after purchase.

Customers are strongly advised to carefully review all product descriptions, features, compatibility requirements, and system requirements before completing a purchase. Where applicable, demo versions, previews, or sample representations may be provided for evaluation purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to assess whether the product or service meets their requirements prior to making payment. Failure to review available information or misunderstanding the scope of features does not qualify as grounds for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind after purchase, incorrect product selection, lack of technical knowledge, incompatibility with hosting environment or server configuration, dissatisfaction due to expectations beyond the stated features, project delays, business closure, internal management decisions, or inability to use the product due to customer-side technical limitations. We are also not responsible for issues arising from third-party hosting providers, domain providers, server settings, or external software conflicts.

In limited and exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be reviewed only if a verified technical error occurs on our side that results in complete non-delivery of the purchased product. In such a case, the customer must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of the transaction and provide complete payment details and supporting evidence. After internal verification, and only if it is confirmed that the product was not delivered due to a technical failure attributable solely to us, a refund may be processed at our discretion. Approved refunds, if any, will be issued through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. The decision to approve or deny a refund request remains solely with KDarsh Digital Solution.

For service-based offerings such as website development, customization, installation, setup, or other professional services, any advance or partial payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced. Once project planning has started, technical resources have been allocated, or access credentials have been shared, the service is considered initiated. In the event that a client chooses to discontinue the project midway, the amount already paid will not be refunded, as it compensates for time, labor, and resource allocation. Work completed up to that stage may be shared at our discretion.

Payments made for annual maintenance contracts, support services, or time-based service agreements are also non-refundable once activated. If a customer chooses to discontinue such services before the completion of the purchased period, no partial or prorated refund will be issued.

If a customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or payment gateway without first contacting us to resolve the matter, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access to all purchased products and services. We may provide transaction records, communication logs, IP address information, and delivery confirmations to payment processors or legal authorities to contest fraudulent disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent service suspension and potential legal action under applicable Indian laws.

KDarsh Digital Solution reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published on this page, and continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
